This isn't like Sony or Xbox where the system actually matters because the publishers have complex licensing agreements with the system manufacturers. Their goal is to get the game in as many hands as possible. In fact, they have every reason to want you to keep playing. A software program wouldn't be able to tell the difference, provided it's coded good, between an emulated Android OS and a real one. I don't think it's possible for a developer to block an android emulator.
