You can spawn a Turret Rig in whatever area you're in at the garages and shoot the posters. Single Flamethrower hs 200 ammo which is more than enough to get all required posters.
If you have the right skills leveled up and the Flamethrower blueprint, you can grab a gear item and a chemical one to make it. Note: Not all flaming weapons will destory the posters. You can also spawn the Weapon Locker vehicle from any garage assuming you have it unlocked. The same icon used to represent cameras in the main game are used for posters in this DLC on your map. Use guns or other weapons for killing zombies and spec op soldiers. ) you'll find a collectible med pack up the top of all of the stairs but mid-way climbing to the top under the gazebo you'll find two crossbows, grab those and combine them with motor oil (there's a gas station not too far from this spot where you'll find more than you need) and then with these two alone you should be set to burn every poster around the entire game.
