you'll probably need to raise your endurance ASAP and using a spear would be a good way to do that. using spears also increases endurance, which IMO is the major weakness of playing an Argonian. spears are good way to attack while keeping enemies from getting close enough to attack you, though, so that might work well, esp at lower levels. I rarely use spears (and it's been quite a while since i've played Morrowind) so i can't tell you if that's a good skill. but NPCs aren't scaled to your level either so you can face some impossible enemies in the beginning if you aren't careful (or very easy enemies late in the game). unlike Oblivion and Skyrim, most loot is not leveled in Morrowind so you can find some really good armor (and weapons) very early in the game. glass armor is very good and more common than, e.g., daedric armor (the top heavy armor). (as a female Argonian, it's only 40 to start with, which is generally an average attribute stat, but many races start with 30 agility.) there's a lot of light armor in the game. it fits in well with the Argonian's natural agility. Light armor is a very good skill to have. (most builds that concentrate on a few key skills can be very good builds FWIW.) and, with time, you could make it a very good build.
I don't think the build is particularly easy but it's not a bad build.
If it's a character you've wanted to play for a long time, i'd try it.
